I went in with a sense of urgency and was greeted, taken to the back and seen by Kelly (NP). She was knowledgeable, had awesome bedside manners and was kind and respectful of my needs. The entire visit took maybe 40 minutes and I was completely satisfied with my outcome. I left feeling valued and appreciated and equipped with the criteria needed to care for my diagnosis.
